1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "scatterwin" refers to the online casino platform accessible at scatterwin.app, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform.
• "Platform" means the scatterwin website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications through which the services are delivered.
• "Player," "You," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the scatterwin platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the scatterwin platform.
• "Real Money Play" means any wagering activity conducted using funds deposited into your scatterwin account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to your account by scatterwin.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer – the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and scatterwin's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the scatterwin platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the scatterwin platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the scatterwin Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the scatterwin platform and close your account if one has been created.

scatterwin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the scatterwin platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of scatterwin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the scatterwin platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

scatterwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by scatterwin may result in account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access real money games on scatterwin, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one scatterwin account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details – is strictly prohibited. scatterwin uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

scatterwin is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents required include a valid government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie holding the ID. Additional documents such as proof of address or source of funds may be requested in certain circumstances. scatterwin will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.

4.4 Account Currency

scatterwin accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or game.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your scatterwin account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your scatterwin account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your scatterwin account and update it regularly.
• You must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available and are strongly encouraged to do so.
• You must notify scatterwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

scatterwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified scatterwin of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

scatterwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. scatterwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are processed within one (1) hour for verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• scatterwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Players on higher Loyalty Program tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits. Current withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account. scatterwin reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time in accordance with its risk management and compliance obligations.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. scatterwin will notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

scatterwin offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the promotion terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• scatterwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or any breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the scatterwin platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all games:

8.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live casino games on scatterwin use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by scatterwin or any third party.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is published in the game information panel. RTP figures represent the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer game RTPs are determined by the mathematical rules of the respective games.

8.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, scatterwin reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the player's account. scatterwin will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the affected wager. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8.4 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact scatterwin support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round. scatterwin will investigate the matter using game logs and server records. The outcome of scatterwin's investigation is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the scatterwin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer or multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including unauthorized use of payment methods or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the platform, its servers, or other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the scatterwin platform or its underlying technology.

10. Responsible Gaming

scatterwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your scatterwin account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and amount wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the scatterwin platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the scatterwin platform, including but not limited to the scatterwin name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of scatterwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the scatterwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from scatterwin.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any scatterwin trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of scatterwin's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact scatterwin's support team with full details of your claim.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, scatterwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your scatterwin account at the time the claim arises.

scatterwin shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content on the platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by circumstances beyond scatterwin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain account security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude scatterwin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Account Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by scatterwin

scatterwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority.
• Determination that you do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

13.2 Termination by You

You may close your scatterwin account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the scatterwin platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14 – shall continue to apply after termination.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the following resolution process:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: You must first contact scatterwin's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for scatterwin to investigate and respond to your complaint.
• Step 2 – Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through internal channels, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its established player complaint procedures.
• Step 3 – Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved following regulatory escalation, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR's principal offices are located.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

15. Amendments to These Terms

scatterwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
• A notice of updated Terms will also be displayed prominently on the scatterwin platform upon your next login following any amendment.
• Your continued use of the scatterwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
